Shipping Terms

We ship to the address provided on the order. If you have entered an incorrect address, and want it changed, you must cancel the order (processing fees apply) and re-order using the correct address. See our T&C for more information.

Included in the cost of all orders is shipping using Royal Mail tracked & signed, either inland UK or international airmail (signature may not be possible depending on destination).

However, this means that we cannot guarantee the delivery time.

Courier/guaranteed delivery

For guaranteed international delivery we would recommend using a courier. Please contact us so that this can be arranged at additional cost. For UK inland, Royal Mail offers Next Day and 3-day delivery guarantees - please contact us if you wish to use these services at additional cost.

Refund/Replacement due to non-delivery

Royal Mail's "due delivery dates" are as follows: UK 1-2 working days; Europe 3-5 working days; RoW 5-7 working days. Saturdays & Sundays are not considered working days. Since their standard terms state that we cannot submit a claim for compensation for undelivered items until 10 working days (UK), 20 working days (EU) and 25 working days (ROW) after the "due delivery date", unfortunately we are therefore unable to reimburse you for undelivered items or send replacements until after the claim has been submitted & Royal Mail has accepted that the item is indeed lost.

Excluded destinations

There are some countries where our experience shows us that the delivery service is so unreliable that products don’t get to customers. We have therefore decided not to ship to these locations. This is unfortunate, but we incur costs when you don’t receive your purchases, and we have to mitigate that. Therefore, if you place an order for delivery to one of those locations, we will have to refuse the order and will refund you minus a processing fee.

If you really want delivery to those locations, you need to arrange shipment yourself, and there will be no option for refund or replacement if the shipment does not arrive.
